Terms of Service

1. The service

QuoteClaro provides tools for creating, editing, sharing, and tracking estimates and related job information. Some features use artificial intelligence, speech recognition, or third-party services. Features may change as the product improves.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that anyone you invite is authorized to access your business data.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of customer details, job descriptions, estimates, pricing, files, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to provide the content.

4. AI-assisted output

AI-generated drafts and suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. QuoteClaro is an estimating assistant, not a substitute for your professional judgment. You must review customer names, scope, quantities, prices, taxes, terms, and safety or code requirements before issuing an estimate. You remain responsible for every estimate and business decision you send or accept.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use QuoteClaro to:

• break the law, infringe rights, defraud, harass, or harm others;
• upload malware or attempt to bypass authentication, quotas, or security controls;
• probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where law permits;
• submit highly sensitive data that the service is not designed to process.

6. Plans, trials, and payment

Plan features, usage allowances, trial terms, and prices are shown at the time of purchase and may vary by platform. When a trial requires a payment method, your selected subscription starts and is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Taxes may apply. If payment fails, access to paid features may be limited after any stated recovery period. Store purchases are also governed by the applicable Apple or Google terms.

7. Customer links and approvals

You control who receives estimate links. Treat active links as confidential and revoke them when appropriate. QuoteClaro records the response submitted through a valid link, but you are responsible for determining whether that response forms a binding agreement and for complying with local contracting, disclosure, and signature laws.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep QuoteClaro reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, impose reasonable limits, or take steps needed to protect users and the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every error will be corrected.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using QuoteClaro at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security threats, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive, such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations, remain effective.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteClaro and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, including losses caused by reliance on AI output, pricing errors, missed work, or unauthorized link sharing. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post a new effective date. If a material change requires notice, we will provide it through the service or account email. Questions can be sent to info@quoteclaro.com.
