Email us about anything: a quote that came out wrong, a subscription question, deleting your account, or a feature you need. Tell us what you were doing and what happened, and include your workspace name if you can.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are managed in your Apple account, and subscriptions bought on the web are managed from Settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running until the period you have paid for ends.
Your data
You can delete your account and its data from Settings on the web or in the app. What we store and why is set out in the privacy policy.
